Client Challenge:  engagement model from our competitors consist of templates that fit certain clients but not the others, competitors tend to enforce the implementation of these templates against client custom environment and wish-list.

Our direction:

We have a set of best practices and we build a custom engagement model for each client and for each set of requirements, we share what we learned from similar engagements but we always assume that each client is different.

Work with client on wishlist and objectives ètranslate objectives into set of tasks and deliverables èconduct project plan with room for revisions èimplementation/executions èclose out and knowledge transfer.

Client Challenge:    constant rise in cost of services and resources.

 

Our direction:

Basically, we are cutting the “middle man”.

We are extending our cost that we offered to services provides i.e Ellucian, SungardHE to all clients.

Client Challenge:  the rapid turnover of technical resources makes it near impossible for clients to create a trust relationship with consultants working on their environment.  Big companies have their own agendas to push i.e increase engagement cost to justify their  offerings.

 

Our direction:

We are a small technical consulting group that eliminated the bureaucracy from our establishment and flattened the line of management.
