Client Challenge:  the rapid turnover of technical resources makes it near impossible for clients to create a trust relationship with consultants working on their environment.  Big companies have their own agendas to push i.e increase engagement cost to justify their  offerings.

We are a small technical consulting group that eliminated the bureaucracy from our establishment and flattened the line of management.
